S0 — Source-native. Primary-source facts.
S1 — Mechanical derivation. Reproducible transformations from S0 facts.
S2 — Interpretive synthesis. Domain judgment; not permitted to establish the Gate metric.
Outcome
Useful transition records were reproducible, but the canonical strategic Replacement Horizon repeatedly required a methodological choice beyond S0/S1.
